The Aluminium extrusion process consists of different phases. From a billet Aluminium, primary or secondary, it starts casting parts up to 7 meters in length.
1. BILLET CASTING
Primary production is the process through which new aluminum is made (versus secondary production, in which existing aluminum is recycled into pure metal). Once mined, aluminum within the bauxite ore is chemically extracted into alumina, an aluminum oxide compound, through the Bayer process.

2. EXTRUSION
Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed through a die of the desired cross-section. The extrusion process can be done with the material hot or cold. The heated aluminum billet is transferred to the press container. The pressure inside the container increases, forcing the aluminum alloy through the opening(s) in the aluminum extrusion die. The result is a long length of consistently shaped aluminum, the aluminum extrusion, emerging from the other side of the die.
3. AGING & COOLING PROCESS
Aluminum Aging, The process of aging is commonly described as a time temperature dependent change in the properties of certain alloys. Except for strain aging and age softening, it is the result of precipitation from a solid solution of one or more compounds.

Falcon Aluminium uses a standardized way to help maximize profile effectiveness because it keeps the edges of profile smooth.
4. ANODIZING
Anodizing is widely used for protecting aluminum via an oxide protection-layer against corrosion. Then the anodizing process is performed in an electrolyte bath, commonly containing sulfuric acid. For this, the products are connected with the anode and hence an oxide layer is built on the surfaces of the parts.
